Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson materials and classroom curriculum tailored to individual student needs
• Assist the reputed company teacher in developing and adapting teaching methods to meet reputed company' unique needs
• Work with reputed company in small groups to provide targeted support in reading and math
• Provide extra support to reputed company with physical, mental, or linguistic limitations
• Maintain detailed records of student reputed company on instructional or behavioral goals
• Support reputed company with assistive devices and technologies
• reputed company specialized tasks to reputed company instructional and behavioral objectives
• Assist SPED teachers with behavior modification procedures and IEP implementation

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience working in an elementary school setting
• At least one year of experience working with RtI or SPED reputed company (for certain aide positions)
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in education or reputed company field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse reputed company, teachers, and staff
