We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill a unique hybrid role as a Lab Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for coordinating laboratory orders, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between facilities, technicians, and ordering physicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document changes to orders and coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities
• Confirm receipt of dispatched orders with technicians and facilitate reassignment of orders as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with facilities to schedule and reschedule orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient to expert-level proficiency in reputed company Office software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, call center environment
• Ability to focus on tasks and maintain attention to detail in a busy setting

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Private workspace with minimal distractions and external sounds
• High-speed internet reputed company (fiber or cable recommended) to support VoIP communications
• Access to a PC (not Chromebook) to run reputed company's Network Performance Test
