About the Role & Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Design Manager to join reputed company at Walt reputed company Parks & Resorts (East Coast). As a Graphic Design Manager, you will provide creative support for our parks and resorts, leading a team of 1-2 graphic designers to reputed company and deliver innovative visual communications, including guidemaps, booklets, guides, wayfinding tools, temporary signage, presentations, and more.

In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Planning leadership team to ensure seamless execution of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure. You will be responsible for leading the creative direction, development, delivery, and sustainment of a portfolio of work supporting our guests and cast members.

To be successful in this role, you must be a highly creative, reputed company-thinking, and positive individual with a proactive approach to work and leadership. You should have advanced skills in graphic design, illustration, typography, branding, and reputed company core leadership principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that client goals are met by working closely with integration, production, and operational teams as needed

• Proactively communicate and coordinate with others in the organization, and as part of a larger, multidiscipline project team

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Graphic Design practice
• Proven leadership experience of a skilled design team
• Demonstrated thoughtful design and artistic skills in solving design challenges
• Demonstrated ability in reputed company Creative reputed company and digital illustration tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of wayfinding principles and infographics
• Knowledge of reputed company phases of creative development and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership experience reputed company reputed company

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program or equivalent work experience in a creative space
