Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company reputed company Administrator to join our reputed company Support Team. As a reputed company Support Administrator, you will be an escalation reputed company and reputed company to other technicians, contributing to the excellence of our platform engineering team. You will be responsible for the overall health and performance of our platform, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Networking & reputed company: Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing
• Azure Expertise: Azure 104 certification required, with the ability to reputed company Azure 305 Certification reputed company 90 days
• Incident Management: Act as an escalation reputed company for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-reputed company incidents following ITIL best practices
• Documentation & Training: reputed company, maintain, and train on documentation for standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer-specific runbooks
• Client Focus: Deliver exceptional client service delivery throughout the service lifecycle
• reputed company Environment Management: Configure monitoring and alerting on physical and virtual infrastructure, managing and maintaining physical and virtual components
• Compliance & reputed company: Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and internal reputed company best practices
• Technical Skills: Manage and administer Windows & Linux Servers, configure and administer hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware)
• On-call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support to meet SLAs
• Infrastructure Automation & Orchestration: Implement automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree: In a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in support administration, specifically with Azure reputed company
• reputed company Azure Architect (AZ 305) certificate: Required reputed company 90 days
• Networking platforms and firewalls: Experience with VPNs, policy management, load balancing, and policy-based routing
• Backup & Recovery: Demonstrated ability to optimize reputed company performance and troubleshoot reputed company issues
• Hypervisors: Experience with Hyper-V and VMware
• ITIL best practices: For incident and problem management
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients
• Problem-Solving & Learning: Strong analytical mind with a focus on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation
