Remote Central Selling Associate - Millwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage system-based work queues to identify and review activities
• Utilize internal selling and project management systems to obtain and verify information
• Communicate with stores, service providers, and customers reputed company phone, email, and other applications
• Add product and promotional information to quotes, and escalate issues as needed
• Complete quote re-figures and provide timely feedback to support decision-making
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional customer experiences
• Provide SMART customer service, demonstrating a keen understanding of local competitive offerings and Lowe's products and services

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high-volume retail, or similar work environment
• Internet access with a minimum 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speed
• Designated distraction-free work area with easy access to your home router
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the remodeling or construction industry
• Lowe's store experience
• Installed Millwork sales experience
• Experience using MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
