We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as Customer Support Associates at Tech Mahindra, located in Noida Sector 62.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Work Schedule and Shifts:

You will be working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off, and shifts will be 24/7 rotational (day shifts for female candidates, 24/7 for male candidates).
