• Location: Remote and in-clinic opportunities available, with up to 1 telehealth/remote working day per week

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team, committed to delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD. As a Behavior Analyst at Soar Autism Center, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, working collaboratively with specialists in speech, occupational therapy, and psychology to provide personalized, naturalistic ABA therapy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing tailored ABA therapy programs for children aged 2-6, utilizing the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and play-based methodologies
• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans in conjunction with our clinical team
• Managing a caseload of approximately 7-8 clients, with a focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care
• Performing standardized assessments to monitor client reputed company and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with families, providing guidance and support throughout their therapy journey

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a reputed company field
• reputed company BCBA certification
• Experience in ABA early reputed company, with a preferred background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a reputed company field
• Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
