Administrative Assistant, Product Management

The Role We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Directors and People Managers. This role includes managing reputed company calendars, travel plans, and associated expenses. A successful candidate will understand the importance of teamwork and coordination with administrative support across the business organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly detail-oriented with the ability to reputed company judgment calls with competing requests. This position will be based in Los Gatos, CA. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Proactive management of calendars for multiple executives Schedule reputed company and high-visibility meetings and calls Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports Actively monitor agendas to ensure executives are reputed company for meetings Coordinate team offsite and onsite events Follow through and execution of requests Strong cross functional partnership and communication across multiple teams and the Admins supporting those groups.
