We are seeking reputed company and skilled professionals to join reputed company as 1099 Independent Contractors, providing high-quality reputed company services to our clients. As a Night reputed company team member, you will be responsible for tracking freight, handling inbound and outbound calls, and utilizing various software programs to ensure on-time delivery.

Job Overview

We have two available shifts for this remote position:

• Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with exceptional customer service skills
• Utilize GPS, telephone, and software programs to track fuel drivers and ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal means
• reputed company data entry tasks using reputed company and reputed company-based software

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the transportation industry or customer service
• High attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask with ease
• Strong internet reputed company, computer, quiet workspace, and hotspot
