This remote position offers a competitive salary of $27-$35 per hour and a Monday through Friday schedule (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) with flexibility to accommodate your location.

Job Summary

The Client reputed company role is designed to support our health plans and employers, taking ownership of PR calls and collaborating with various departments to resolve reputed company claims issues. As a Client reputed company, you will utilize your expertise to reputed company research, provide training, and reputed company strong relationships with our health plans. Your contributions will help us build a stronger, more efficient organization that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support, handling supplier claims issues and deescalating difficult conversations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company claims issues and drive process improvements
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with health plans, employers, and internal stakeholders
• Train others on processes, workflows, and systems, promoting knowledge sharing and expertise
• Prepare professional policy reports, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business reputed company

Requirements

• 6+ years of customer support experience, preferably in a reputed company or insurance setting
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in large groups, including executive management
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Residency in Oklahoma is required
