• Proven success in overseeing the design and development of learning materials
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Extensive project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a reputed company field
