Remote Consultant, Global Equity - Competitive Salary and Benefits

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a Remote Consultant, Global Equity. As a key member of our global network, you will contribute to the management of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans, ensuring operational compliance and providing exceptional support to our stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance
• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
• Review equity transaction activity and ensure accurate and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting
• Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders
• Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting to support ongoing operations
• Review and maintain equity management processes and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience working with multiple stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
• Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company) and methods and interrelationships of data transfers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
