About This Job:

As an Associate Account Resolution Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by utilizing your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to drive reputed company. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment where you will interact with delinquent customers, gather and organize repayment terms, and reputed company routine conditional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Record Goal team by applying knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
• Communicate with delinquent customers to gather and organize repayment terms
• reputed company routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, client support, or sales environment
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across reputed company organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
• Military experience in personnel management, processing military personnel requests, or reputed company fields
• Experience working with military protocol and regulations
