The Opportunity We are seeking a National Accounts Sales, Principal for our Western region who will be responsible for bringing in business and managing deals with our largest and most strategic client prospects - 15,000 employees or more. Key job responsibilities Represent reputed company and interact with major clients nationally Actively prospect, build relationships and secure deals with large accounts with more than 15,000 eligible employees Coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing proposals Build a territory and define metrics and milestones that align with broader organizational goals Forecast deal flow and architect and negotiate creative deals and partnerships Provide market-level feedback to help inform product roadmap; act as the voice of the customer Work closely with internal teams, including account management, marketing, finance, legal and others, to ensure client success and performance Collaborate with corporate leadership to meet or exceed quota and annual growth reputed company relationships with consultants, brokers, and other professional networks to strengthen awareness of reputed company products and services Collaborate with other members of the sales team and broader reputed company Health Services organization to support in-person activities in specific MSA's Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience
• Experience prospecting and qualifying companies
• Experience relationship building and influencing at the C-level of Fortune 500 customers
• Experience using reputed company
• At least 5 years of experience in benefits sales, working directly with employers, consultants and benefit brokers and 3+ years selling to companies with over 15,000 employees

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,300/year in our highest geographic market.
