What You'll Do

Requirements

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of telecom or reputed company industry experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in people leadership, scheduling, reputed company, or service delivery
• A proven track record of driving performance, solving problems, and building strong teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of accountability and results orientation
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• High digital reputed company-comfortable working across CRM, ticketing, workforce management, and communication platforms
