Description We are seeking a highly reputed company Staff Software Engineer specializing in DevOps to reputed company and scale our infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational systems. This is a senior technical leadership role that will define our DevOps strategy, ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, and drive operational excellence across our platform. The role reports directly to the VP of Engineering and involves regular collaboration with distributed cross-functional teams. Work Setting This is a full-time hybrid position based in reputed company Virginia, with onsite reputed company as per the schedule proposed by the manager. Candidates should expect regular in-person collaboration, and occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required across reputed company Virginia, California, and reputed company for customer site visits, team offsites, or relevant industry events.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant reputed company infrastructure architecture
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Establish infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks using Terraform or Ansible

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in DevOps-focused roles
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
• Proficiency in container orchestration, CI/CD practices (e.g., reputed company, Kubernetes, reputed company Actions), and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Strong understanding of networking, reputed company reputed company, reputed company compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH), and monitoring tools (e.g., reputed company, CloudWatch)

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

Total compensation for this role is expected to fall reputed company the range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and alignment with the responsibilities outlined. Additional equity and performance-based incentives may be available.
