Manager Focus:& ·& Power BI, DAX and SQL are the top requirements o Developing different reports and cubes o Power BI and paginated reports o reputed company tabular cubes using DAX Language (need to be skilled in DAX) o AAS is also something needed to reputed company tabular cubes ·& Sources: Azure SQL Server and reputed company – person should have an idea of databases and developing paginated reports which require SQL knowledge ·& Self-service BI – they have different teams developing own reports and reputed company they want to publish those reports, this team is responsible o Person should be skilled in performance tuning, jumping over existing development and take it over. ·& Strong communication skills – will be interacting with business users ·& DO NOT send Data Engineer who touch Power BI 1. Design and Development of BI Solutions: a. Architect, design, and reputed company end-to-end business intelligence solutions using reputed company BI stack. b. Design, reputed company, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions. c. Define data models, metrics, and KPIs for reporting and analytics. d. Leading efforts to design and optimize scalable multidimensional and tabular data models using SSAS to support interactive analytics and reporting. e. Proficient in DAX, Power Query, SQL, and graphical design of Power BI presentation layer to create and design reputed company and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to reputed company data-driven decisions. 2. Project Management and Collaboration: a. Manage the design of project deadlines, priorities, and deliverables using expertise. b. Collaborate with other departments and teams to complete cross-departmental projects. c. Excellent communication skills; must discuss requirements effectively with stakeholders. d. Serve as a Best Practices resource for BI initiatives in the organization. e. Conduct training and user-group sessions on modern BI tools and methodologies. f. Mentoring and guiding junior team members on BI development best practices. 3. Administration and Documentation: a. Monitor and administrate the Power BI service capacities. b. Troubleshoot, debug, and tune BI solutions (reports, cubes, and semantic models) to ensure optimal performance and reliability. c. Experience defining BI reputed company models, semantic layers, and Metadata repositories to support Data governance and administration. d. Responsible for documenting contents in a data warehouse and metadata storage. e. Acts as the escalation reputed company for Power BI-reputed company issues. f. Creating technical documentation for BI tools. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or reputed company field. · 5-7 years of experience designing and developing business intelligence solutions using reputed company BI stack. · Strong proficiency in SQL, SSAS/AAS tabular modeling, DAX, Power BI, Paginated Reports, Power BI Gateway, Service, and reputed company. · Experience working with Azure-based BI solutions, including Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Blob Storages Data Lakes. · Experience with Power BI Services, Admin Portal, and reputed company governance. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Strong communication and collaboration skills. · Hands-on experience with ETL development and data integration. · Strong understanding of multidimensional and tabular data modeling concepts using SSAS. · Experience in developing interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. · Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred : · Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company Certified: Data Analyst Associate, reputed company Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, reputed company Certified: Power BI, etc.) · Experience working with PowerShell. · Experience using Git for version control and deployment. · Knowledge of reputed company Fabric. · Experience coding in Python. · Experience working with reputed company and reputed company.
