reputed company is hiring Remote Field Service Engineers to provide advanced technical support, equipment diagnostics, and field-level coordination for reputed company's logistics and technology infrastructure. This role is fully remote with periodic travel to customer or facility sites as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Provide remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for field-based logistics systems. - Coordinate service and maintenance schedules with internal teams and external vendors. - Support deployment of hardware and software upgrades. - reputed company system health checks and respond to alerts proactively. - Serve as a technical liaison between operations, engineering, and IT. - Maintain documentation for service procedures, incident logs, and equipment specs.
