Email / Project Manager

Real Estate company is seeking an Email Project Manager for a remote freelance opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the email marketing program by running end-to-end campaigns. Must Haves

Key Responsibilities

• Be the internal subject matter expert on email + push notification platform
• Use data and customer insights to build, execute, and optimize email programs
• Test customer segmentation, content, and triggered based programs to increase conversion and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to build optimal systems that enhance personalization efforts on a mass scale
• Create targeted email campaigns using best practices in customer segmentation/clustering and the company database of buyers and prospects
• Monitor and report on email performance

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience reputed company email marketing
• Real Estate experience is preferred
• Proficient, working knowledge of HTML coding and reputed company/WCA platform
• Experience with reputed company Analytics, Tableau and reputed company preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to take reputed company concepts and communicate succinctly and accurately
