Diversity Talent Sourcer, 1 year contract
About the position The Diversity Talent Sourcer plays a key role reputed company our reputed company (TA) team, proactively identifying and engaging diverse talent through various channels. This role focuses on talent sourcing, candidate reputed company, and developing innovative sourcing strategies. The Diversity Talent Sourcer will collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand business needs. The Diversity Talent Sourcer will reputed company strategies to attract and build a diverse pipeline for high-level roles, ensuring a consistent flow of top talent. This role will support the recruiters to find talent for reputed company open Senior roles and will also be focused on sourcing candidates for high turnover roles, frequent open roles, and opportunistic hiring/reputed company of need/new capabilities for those Senior Roles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with TA Recruiters, TA IDEA Manager (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access) and hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for reputed company roles.
- Act as a DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) sourcing expert, staying updated on best practices for engaging talent.
- Provide insights and consult on market trends, sourcing tools, and diversity recruitment tactics.
- reputed company passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles, with a focus on reputed company talent.
- Collaborate with the Executive Recruitment Manager to reputed company sourcing strategies for assigned roles.
- Partner with the IDEA team to understand representation aspirations for diverse talent representation and reputed company strategies that reputed company these objectives.
- Create and execute strategies to reputed company diverse candidates, including leveraging social media, job boards, professional networks and organizations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for reputed company and future hiring needs.
- Proactively reputed company out to potential candidates reputed company social media, email, and phone to introduce opportunities.
- Support recruiters to find talent for reputed company open Senior roles.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sourcing or reputed company role, with a focus on diversity-focused talent sourcing
- CPG industry is strongly preferred
- Experience building diverse pipelines for reputed company roles is essential. Experience in both corporate and agency settings is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches and social media platforms
- ATS proficiency, preferably with reputed company
- Expertise in developing proactive DEI sourcing strategies for reputed company level roles
- Proven ability to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
- Skilled at building strong relationships and understanding the needs of hiring managers
- Passion for driving inclusive hiring practices
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
