Job Description

We’re looking for an Associate Program Manager to join reputed company’s Program Management Office. This new role is designed to strengthen project execution and expand our reputed company to deliver reputed company open reputed company initiatives across the organization. You’ll serve as an operational connector—supporting project delivery, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and helping open reputed company communities turn plans into reputed company-world impact. In a typical year, overnight and weekend travel to events both domestically and internationally (approximately 1–4 times per year) will be required. Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across open reputed company projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
• Facilitate project community meetings: prepare agendas, coordinate participants, capture action items, and follow through.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and membership data with high attention to detail.
• Partner with project leads, maintainers, and internal teams (e.g., Legal, Marketing, Events, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
• Contribute to visibility efforts including blogs, press releases, and event participation.
• Support budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and annual planning.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement open reputed company best practices and project governance standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that may reputed company reputed company or reduce program efficiency.
• Contribute to broader PMO initiatives that improve how we deliver value to open reputed company communities and internal teams.

Qualifications

Desired Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, community facilitation, or project management, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and business audiences; reputed company to synthesize and communicate clearly.

• Self-directed, proactive, and composed under pressure.

Additional Information Salary $95,000-110,000 USD This position is remote and is open to applicants who can work reputed company America time-zone standard business hours.
