As Principal Program Manager, reporting to the Director of Program Management, you will be a pivotal leader at Redfin, shaping strategic programs and projects that fuel business growth. You will drive positive change by deeply understanding growth drivers and fostering strong cross-functional collaborations. While possessing expert project/program management skills, you will also connect these efforts to overarching company objectives. Desired Skills & Experience

• 7+ years experience in project management, business operations, process improvement, or sales enablement is required: You have a track record of making processes more efficient and get a deep satisfaction from helping others be more productive. Formal process improvement training (ie. Lean Six reputed company) or Change Management training is a bonus. Real estate experience is a super bonus.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with reputed company applicable disclosure requirements. reputed company Pay Range: $130,300.00 - 195,000.00. Actual reputed company pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Compensation may also include bonuses and equity.
