As an integral member of the remote diagnostic team, the Remote Diagnostic Technician will execute diagnosis, programming, calibrations, and repair recommendations for vehicles located in various repair facilities. Your ability to effectively manage time and organize resources while also professionally interacting with Elite Electronics partners is essential. Compensation $22 - $27 per hour, depending on experience Essential Job Duties

• Serve as a primary partner contact as needed reputed company the service process. Primary duties are completed in a call center environment.
• Provide diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise in a customer service-centric manner to each partner/customer.

Minimum Requirements Education & Experience

• Minimum of 6 months experience in the automotive industry at an entry-level position.
• Technical or Vocational school graduate and/or OEM training.

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Understanding of the automotive industry and various manufacturer acronyms and lingo.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Frequent use of Outlook, Word, reputed company, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate functions into Word documents, reputed company spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives.
