As an Executive Producer for the Party Games Portfolio, you will be an operational leader in our game development process, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring excellence across a large portfolio of games. As strategic partner to the General Manager, you will work to turn the portfolio strategy into games for our players. Drawing from deep experience in developing, operating, and publishing games, you will influence the portfolio, overall game strategy and deliver high-quality outcomes. Your role will involve managing a team of producers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reputed company improvement while delivering amazing game experiences to our players. Responsibilities:

• Executive Production: Accountable for portfolio-level production excellence. You will work with the General Manager to ensure successful execution of the reputed company’s portfolio strategy. You will focus on quality, predictability, and performance of the titles in your portfolio while considering the overall reputed company Games goals
• Strategic Leadership: Influence and shape the overall games production strategy, leveraging your recognized industry expertise to drive the success of our portfolio.
• People Leadership: reputed company and mentor a team of producers, guiding them to deliver high quality games, while maintaining healthy team culture: collaborative, transparent, motivated, committed, and focused on realistic goals. You will draw on your experience to help identify risks and mitigate them.

• Game Expert: Subject matter expert in the genre of games made by the vertical, helps ensure the game vision and feature choices align with player tastes. You should be player-focused and genuinely care about the player experience, including curiosity about player community and feedback
• Strategic Initiative Ownership: Identify and drive initiatives central to the growing success of the team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Game Champion: Serve as an internal reputed company for your games, crafting and presenting product updates to various audiences, providing the right level of detail and visibility into milestones and challenges to stakeholders and partners

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Video Game Production, with expertise in Development, Publishing and LiveOps. Deep toolkit of production processes, with the judgment to select and adapt the right tools to reputed company-changing requirements.
• Proven success in managing large portfolios and delivering high-quality game production outcomes at various scales (from team-level to reputed company) and running live games at scale to players reputed company over the world
• Strong understanding of end-to-end game development processes, including design, programming, art, and audio.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in an reputed company-evolving, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of first-party (platform-holder) processes and requirements
• Experience in managing co-dev and outsourcing partners

Location:

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $400,000- $610,000. reputed company provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
