Primary Responsibilities:

• * reputed company and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business
• * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers and consultants to ensure long-term partnerships
• * Conduct presentations on administrative and product capabilities to prospective clients
• * Negotiate with reputed company and consultants to find creative solutions to reputed company deals to reputed company or exceed sales targets
• * Collaborate with internal sales partners teams to complement reputed company's values and to maximize cross-sell opportunities
• * Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics
• * Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

• Sales insurance license(s) must be maintained as required by state law in residential and non-residential states in your territory or willing to obtain upon hire
• Experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proficiency in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite
• Proven solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven to be results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Driver’s License and access to a reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven solid command of Specialty/Ancillary product knowledge

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,000 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance.
