This role will be instrumental in supporting online sales strategies, optimizing digital product listings, and enhancing customer experiences across Walmarts e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital retail operations and a passion for data-driven decision-making in a high-paced environment. This is a remote-friendly position with flexible working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless online customer experiences.

Assist in product listing creation, updates, and optimization using SEO best practices.
- *
Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accuracy.

Monitor digital sales performance and support sales campaigns by generating reports and analyzing sales data.
- *
Handle digital catalog management, pricing updates, and promotional setup in alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical support and resolve digital order issues, including payment, fulfillment, and returns processes.

Identify process improvements and contribute to digital strategy enhancements.

- Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a reputed company field.
