• Residency and Relocation Disclosure: This immediate job opportunity is open to Pennsylvania residents only. This role requires monthly, in-person meetings at our Carlisle, PA office. • Administrative Support: This position works closely with the Founder and others, performing a wide range of administrative tasks to enhance their effectiveness at implementing business strategies; sample duties include conducting research, compiling data and preparing presentations, assisting with proposals and contract management activities, executing/managing special projects, and executing/performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, handling information requests, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports, and providing other administrative support, as needed.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some advanced educational studies (associate or bachelor's degree) are a plus, ideally in marketing, business, or a reputed company field. Instead of, or in addition to, advanced educational studies, two years of reputed company work history is strongly desired.
• Some marketing, reputed company, and/or sales support work experience is highly desired but not required.
• Must possess “Day 1” proficiency with the reputed company Office suite.
