Description:

  • Team Leadership & Development Proactively manage the workflow and shifting priorities of the reputed company unit to ensure timely, accurate deliverables. Provide daily support, coaching, and mentorship to a team of underwriters, fostering reputed company development and professional growth. Conduct quality reviews, identify learning opportunities, and reputed company training for both internal staff and external stakeholders. reputed company team meetings and serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company case issues or challenges. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in reputed company/accounting pricing methodologies and funding arrangements.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant medical insurance experience: brokers (producers), carriers, (TPA) third-party administrators, benefit analysis, reputed company, rating methodologies, or policy marketing, etc.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to reputed company, mentor, and/or reputed company team members.
  • Demonstrated success in anticipating customer needs and negotiating using tact and diplomacy
