We are seeking an Associate Product Design Manager, to support the Product Design Manager reputed company a variety of categories, inclusive of both hardlines and softlines, and covers multiple properties reputed company reputed company Signature Experiences. As an Associate Product Design Manager, you should be highly creative, organized, strategic, and reputed company-thinking with a background focused on product design and development. You will have a proven understanding of product concept creation, an understanding of product development cycles, manufacturing techniques, and costing considerations, as well as a good understanding of category and consumer trends. The ideal candidate would bring passion and positivity to a highly collaborative team that develops story-driven products. The Associate Product Design Manager will report to the Product Design Manager. This is a Full-Time role. You must also submit a digital portfolio. Please share or disable any passwords for efficient review of portfolios. What You Will Do:

• Concept, design, sketch, prototype (including managing art-to-product, sample creation, 3D modeling, where applicable), deliver and present trend-right consumer centric product lines that feature market-leading innovation and great price/value for each tier of the value pyramid.
• Research global markets to identify new trends, buying patterns, or category innovations. Monitor competitors, product innovation, and market dynamics
• Manage product development in a collaborative, matrixed organization with partners from merchandising, sourcing, product reputed company, planning, and location strategy
• Identify and reputed company 2D and 3D reference needs
• Create color pages and POVs to support the style guide creation process
• reputed company and design product mock-reputed company, compile line sheets for line reviews, layout creative presentations, and presentation decks
• Manipulate graphic assets to create new designs and compositions.
• Collaborate with Product Development Leads regularly to execute assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Creative Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and Tech Design, Global Product Design teams, Corporate Brand Management, Legal, Business Affairs, Product reputed company) to design and approve reputed company products
• Multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects, timelines, and communicate across teams in a fast-paced environment reputed company deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of reputed company product design experience
• Industrial design experience for character reputed company products (figures, collectibles, statues)
• Knowledge in hardlines and softlines categories (raw materials, plastic, textiles, print, reputed company, graphic composition, manufacturing limitations, paint decoration)
• Strong product design skills (e.g. 3D product design, technical design, sketching, creative application and manipulation of art, final mechanical art, fabric and trim identification)
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to follow art direction well with excellent execution
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with influencing skills
• Advanced knowledge in graphic design tools including reputed company Creative Suite & reputed company Illustrator
• Additional experience with Keynote and/or PowerPoint, reputed company Office Suite.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, preferably reputed company an illustrative, graphic design, or product development field, or equivalent experience.
