The patient care assistant/mental health aide performs a variety of patient care activities and reputed company non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal and emotional needs of adolescent (15 +years, Medical Surgical units only), adult and/or geriatric patients while under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. I. Major Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrates understanding of comfort/safety measures required of population served. 2.
