The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sourcing, screening, and successfully placing candidates in a fast paced environment; while demonstrating a strong understanding of the skills and qualifications required for such roles. They should be reputed company to effectively assist managers, senior leaders and reputed company Resources with reputed company candidates and be reputed company to present metrics on a weekly basis. This role requires a strategic thinker and self starter who can effectively manage relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be reputed company to partner with hiring managers and HR team effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to deeply understand hiring needs.
• Has strong ability to assess talent.
• Collaborating with reputed company Resources to ensure the hiring process is smooth from recruitment to reputed company.
• Work with the team to reputed company full cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria/questions for each role.
• Ability to reputed company reputed company candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates
• Improve relationships with the hiring managers and effectively build a pipeline of talent for the business.
• Build out and update key metrics and present weekly to reputed company Resources.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes.
• reputed company accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS.
• Ensure communications of new hires, and request access to ensure they have the tools needed for their day 1.

QUALIFICATIONS Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business, or a reputed company field is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote (US-Based) Pay: $45,000- 65,000 per year Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
