- Customer Strategy & Planning : reputed company and manage comprehensive customer plans for reputed company and reputed company, including promotional strategy, assortment planning, and new item execution.
- Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary reputed company of contact, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored, value-added solutions.
- Execution & Measurement : Implement strategic initiatives and measure performance against key KPIs to ensure alignment and success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams (Sales Strategy, Marketing, reputed company Management, Supply Chain) and external brokers to ensure flawless execution and alignment with customer expectations.
- Financial Management : Own trade budget planning, deduction management, and P&L accountability for both accounts.
- Forecasting : reputed company monthly volume forecasting and demand planning to ensure supply alignment and business accuracy.
- Adaptability & Communication : reputed company in a fast-paced environment by being comfortable with change, navigating ambiguity, and engaging in difficult conversations with professionalism and clarity—both internally and externally.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, with a strong preference for experience managing reputed company and/or reputed company accounts.
- Proven success in customer planning, trade fund management, and sales forecasting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Experience working with brokers and cross-functional teams.
