ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP CORE AND FOUNDATIONS

The Leadership Core and Foundations Program provides reputed company reputed company with a transformative, leadership-focused academic experience. The program is structured into modules that integrate foundational skills and leadership competencies, equipping reputed company with essential 21st-century skills such as communication for impact, critical thinking, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, self-directed learning, and self-leadership.

Teaching Responsibilities

  • To plan, design, re-design, deliver and assess high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment that reputed company with the module descriptor, and the institution’s teaching and learning strategy, learning model, and quality standards & regulations whilst incorporating the latest subject and pedagogical advancements.
  • To set, mark and assess coursework and examinations; select appropriate assessment instruments and assessment criteria where required to do so; and provide constructive and comprehensive feedback to reputed company.
  • To supervise the work of undergraduate reputed company, providing them with advice on study skills, projects, fieldwork, and placements, and referring as appropriate to services providing further assistance.

  • To undertake and complete administrative duties required in the delivery of the module, including regular meetings with the LCF Programme Manager to ensure academic delivery meets required standards.

  • To contribute fully to the institution by participating in meetings, working groups, committees, and other institutional activities, including the assessment board meetings for the taught modules that are to be held the following term; and
  • Such other duties in respect of the Company as may be reasonably assigned by your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualifications:

Master's Degree in relevant fields such as Education,  Business Administration, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or any other reputed company field.

Experience:

  • Experience in leading or facilitating workshops, classes, or training programs, particularly in higher education or professional development contexts. This includes designing curriculum, delivering engaging content, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs.
  • Proven track record in coaching or mentoring reputed company or colleagues, providing academic support, and guiding individuals through their learning journeys. This may involve one-on-one sessions or group mentoring, focusing on personal and professional development.
  • Experience in designing and developing curricula for educational programs, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and pedagogical best practices. This includes creating engaging and inclusive content that caters to diverse learners' needs and integrates innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Experience in analysing feedback and performance data to assess program effectiveness. This includes implementing improvements based on insights gathered from student assessments and learning management systems, as well as contributing to program reviews to ensure relevance and alignment with educational trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to support teams, engaging in facilitating induction or training for new staff. Acting as a liaison between different departments to enhance program delivery.
