Responsibilities:

• Possess a deep understanding of AML policies and KYC procedures, ensuring reputed company updates and maintenance of relevant SOPs.

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration by bridging diverse team requirements, facilitating seamless communication between key stakeholders such as global operations team, reputed company, compliance, and other relevant teams.

• Mentor and support the professional growth of junior team members, set proper individual reputed company tracking mechanism, leading the team to successfully reputed company OKRs.

• Provide regular reporting updates on team performance, project reputed company, and any challenges to senior management for effective communication.

What you’ll bring:

• Solid expertise in AML and KYC regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively in an operational setting.

• 5+ years of experience in AML and KYC plus 3+ years of experience in managing operational teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively between local reputed company teams, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to navigate multilingual business environments seamlessly.

• Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and pragmatic, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for personal tasks.
