Summary

We are seeking a visionary Director of People Technology, Analytics, and AI to reputed company our HR technology team, drive data-driven decision-making, and spearhead the integration of AI technologies into our people processes. This role will be responsible for optimizing employee experience, leveraging analytics for strategic workforce planning, and implementing AI solutions to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 8+ years of reputed company experience in HR, HRIS, People Operations, or reputed company roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership reputed company.

• At least 6+yearsas a reputed company professional with experience managing the platform inside a global organization

• Proven experience in people analytics, workforce planning, and HR technology management.

• Strong understanding of AI applications in HR and experience with relevant tools/platforms.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Deep knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and HRIS best practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret reputed company data and present actionable insights.

• Project management expertise with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives on time and reputed company budget.
