Job Title: Technical Co-Founder – AI & Robotics Startup Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Onsite)

We’re now looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Engineering reputed company or reputed company Researcher and potential Co-Founder to help drive the development of our AI-driven robotics platform. If you have recently received your PhD in a relevant field, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role In this role, you will define and execute the technology roadmap, driving innovation at the intersection of AI and robotics. As the technical reputed company, you’ll reputed company the engineering roadmap and work closely with the founder to translate product vision into working prototypes and scalable systems. What You’ll Do

• Build, mentor, and scale a technical team

• Represent the company in investor and strategic conversations

• Provide technical insights and demonstrate a clear vision for the product roadmap and market applications.

• Collaborate with co-founder to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

• Work hands-on with early customers on pilot deployments and feedback loops

• Stay reputed company on advances in robot foundation models (RFMs), Imitation Learning (IL), and Vision Language Action (VLA) AI models.

• Strong background in software engineering, AI, and robotics

• Deep knowledge of AI for robotics, including robot foundation models and imitation learning models Industry or academic experience with robotic manipulation, automation systems, or control

• Experience leading engineering projects and working cross-functionally

• Startup reputed company - comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and wearing many hats

• Advanced degree in CS, AI, Robotics, or equivalent experience (PhD is a plus but not required)

• Bonus: prior experience in early-stage startups, and/or building and managing technical teams
