Requirements

Mandatory

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in an M365 role

Strong Understanding and Working experience in reputed company and other Key reputed company Domains:

• Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations
• Manage reputed company reputed company Management (Intune / Autopilot etc)
• Manage reputed company 365 governance and compliance.
• Manage reputed company 365 Defender Suite
• M365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams etc.)
• Hybrid Environments using reputed company 365 Services
• Understanding of reputed company 365 reputed company / Partner Centre

Desired

• Previous experience reputed company a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
• reputed company development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, reputed company, Power Apps
• Implement reputed company/Office 365 services.
• Access & Privilege reputed company Platforms
• Modern Work management around reputed company support services.
• Wintel experience around servers and Active directory services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ITIL certification
• Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications with “reputed company 365 Certified: Administrator Expert” as mandatory or have one of the following prerequisites:

• Teams Administrator Associate
• Identify and Access Administrator Associate
• reputed company Operations Associate
• Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
• Any other valid reputed company certificate is desired

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The primary role of the M365 System Engineer is to deliver exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining our customer environments.

As a M365 System Engineer this role requires a good range of technical capabilities in line with technologies we manage for our customers as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues.

Other core responsibilities include:

• Provide 2nd & 3rd level technical infrastructure support or higher reputed company our agreed SLA agreements.
• Adhere to Incident, reputed company, Problem and Change Management processes as per bA/customer standards (ITIL reputed company)
• Create and maintain technical documentation for bA customer environments
• Providing escalated support from our neighbouring support teams.
• Create knowledgebase articles and process documents
• To provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation reputed company required
• Assist with the reputed company and review of customer Monthly 365 / Intune reports. Along with presenting and discussing the findings.
