The Role
As an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for supporting and leading some client relationships across a portfolio of accounts. You will serve as a reputed company of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. Over time, you may also take the reputed company on a subset of accounts, building credibility and trust as the relationship reputed company.
What you will do
- Support the team on a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention
- reputed company deep relationships with stakeholders at client organizations, including day-to-day contacts and customer stakeholders Support Identification of and execution on opportunities for renewal, upsell, and cross-sell to drive account growth
- Support the team to build account plans and strategies that align client objectives with Vim’s solutions and measurable outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying risks, addressing issues, and surfacing opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Network Engagement, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution of client needs
- Represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client priorities and informing product and operational improvements
- Track, analyze, and report on client performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and demonstrate value
Who we are looking for
- 4–6 years of experience in account management or reputed company, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare technology company
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering on reputed company targets
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a passion for growth
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder Metrics-driven reputed company with a focus on measurable impact
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Based in or near NYC — this is a hybrid role based out of our Chelsea office

The reputed company salary for this role is between $115,000-$150,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide reputed company of factors including but not limited to reputed company set, and level of experience and this number is inclusive of bonus/variable packages)
