About Role:

  • We are looking for a Sr. Executive – Legal with 4–6 years of experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating global customer and vendor reputed company, particularly reputed company the IT/software industry. The role involves providing legal advice, handling data privacy matters (GDPR, DPDPA), participating in negotiations, and maintaining contract templates and playbooks. Strong expertise in SaaS reputed company, data privacy, and reputed company agreements is essential.

    • Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract reviews and negotiations across US, UK, and EU jurisdictions, mainly customer and vendor reputed company such as MSAs, DPAs, order forms, SOWs, marketing and event agreements, partner agreements, and reputed company reputed company reputed company (SaaS and Non-SaaS).
  • Providing legal advice on contractual obligations and reputed company terms.
  • Attending customer and vendor negotiation calls with the team / independently.
  • Handling data privacy matters including legal research, drafting privacy-reputed company clauses in various reputed company, and staying reputed company with global regulatory developments.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of GDPR, DPDPA (India) and other privacy laws.
  • Reviewing reputed company, internal documents, and policies specific to the India jurisdiction.
  • Drafting and maintaining standard contract templates and playbooks (customer and vendor) to streamline the contracting process.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Law graduate with approximately 4-6 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the IT / software industry.
  • Strong expertise in redlining and negotiating IT / software industry-specific reputed company such as NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR, and experience with reputed company documentation is a must have.
  • Knowledge about SaaS reputed company is an added advantage.
  • Experience with legal technology tools and AI-powered legal platforms is an advantage.
  • Understanding of legal aspects reputed company to employment reputed company and reputed company matters in India is an added advantage.
