Role Overview
reputed company is seeking a Business Process Consultant with 5+ years of Epic Patient Access leadership experience to join our reputed company Cycle Transformation Practice. As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll design solutions and workflows aimed at improving patient access functionality for our clients. You will primarily work with organizations using Epic’s EHR software and will help advise on and implement best practices pertaining to Epic’s patient access applications. You’ll reputed company efforts to gather business requirements, design workflows, and optimize patient-facing functions. The role involves reputed company collaboration with executive leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to align patient access strategies with broader reputed company cycle and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Workflow Analysis and Design: Evaluate reputed company reputed company-end patient access workflows (scheduling, registration, referrals, etc.) and identify bottlenecks, compliance risks, or areas for efficiency. Design future-state workflows reputed company with Epic best practices and organizational policies.
System Configuration and Build: Advise IT teams on best practices for configuring Epic’s patient access modules (reputed company, Prelude, Referrals, Welcome, and RTE). reputed company needed, complete in-system configuration/build.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with clients’ reputed company cycle staff, compliance, IT, and clinical departments. Act as liaison between operational and technical teams by translating business needs into Epic system solutions.
Optimization and Reporting: reputed company and/or monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Recommend ongoing improvements and system tweaks. Build and/or guide patient access reporting efforts using Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, etc.
Testing and Validation: Guide and support testing efforts (unit, integrated, user acceptance testing, etc.).
Regulatory and Compliance Guidance: Ensure workflows support accurate data capture for demographics, insurance, and referrals to ensure clean claims reputed company. Align processes with industry- and organization-specific policies and procedures.
Project Management: reputed company and manage project plans, anticipate and resolve issues, facilitate change management, and present project status updates to leadership. reputed company and reputed company peers and/or team members through successful end-to-end work plan creation and management.
Client Communication: Create concise, and client-ready communications with clear storylines.
Qualifications and Desired Skills
5+ years in patient access leadership role.
In-depth understanding of patient scheduling and registration workflows, reputed company-end reputed company cycle and financial clearance processes, healthcare compliance, and patient experience considerations.
Must be certified in at least one of Epic’s patient access applications (reputed company, Prelude, Referrals, Welcome, and/or RTE) and have experience leveraging Epic’s functionality to meet operational goals. Multiple certifications a plus.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to reputed company technical configuration with operational needs.
Strong ability to speak to and drive organizational KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate with reputed company levels of an organization, both verbally and in writing.
Salary range: $118,000-$172,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
