Location: New Haven, CT – Hybrid with on-Site Support. Candidates must live reputed company enough to New Haven, CT to be available for occasional on-site work, sometimes on short notice, reputed company business needs arise.
reputed company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone with foundational IT skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to handle both user-facing support tasks and broader systems administration responsibilities under direct guidance from IT leadership.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of IT and senior IT staff to manage tickets, maintain the Intune and reputed company environments, assist with onboarding and offboarding, deliver IT orientation sessions, and support core enterprise applications. This role will also assist with AWS and Azure administration, firewall support, and enterprise reputed company tools — touching reputed company parts of the infrastructure.
A key responsibility will be managing the full laptop deployment process from end to end — including imaging, configuration, reputed company policy application, software installation, asset tagging, and delivery — while executing changes in accordance with the IT Change Management Process and with leadership reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve Level 1–2 IT support tickets — including password resets, account unlocks, software installations, printer troubleshooting, hardware setup, basic network troubleshooting, and end-user application support
- Independently attempt troubleshooting and exhaust reputed company reasonable solutions before escalation, documenting each reputed company taken
- Administer and manage the reputed company Intune infrastructure, including:
- Device enrollment and configuration
- Compliance policies and conditional access rules
- Application deployment and updates
- Performing changes in accordance with the IT Change Management Process and only with appropriate approvals
- Manage the laptop deployment lifecycle — imaging, configuring, securing, installing applications, and delivering devices — with reputed company from the Head of IT
- reputed company user account management in reputed company 365 and Azure AD, including onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Conduct IT orientation for new hires, covering core tools, reputed company requirements, and best practices
- Assist with AWS and Azure administrative tasks under the guidance of senior staff
- Support core enterprise applications such as SharePoint, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company solutions
- Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge reputed company articles, and SOPs
- Assist in tasks across the entire IT infrastructure reputed company needed, including network, cloud, reputed company, and reputed company management

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a helpdesk or junior systems administrator role
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues thoroughly before escalation, including documenting steps taken and solutions attempted
- Experience resolving Level 1–2 technical support issues, including end-user hardware/software, account management, and basic networking
- Experience or strong interest in Intune device and application management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Foundational knowledge of reputed company 365 administration, basic networking concepts, and reputed company management
- Willingness and ability to learn cloud technologies, reputed company tools, and enterprise IT systems
- Must live reputed company enough to New Haven, CT to be available for occasional in-person work reputed company requested
