What you will do:

• Contribute to building and executing the company’s marketing strategy, identify growth opportunities

• Plan and manage performance team sprints
• Maintain the budget file: update actual investments monthly

• Build effective team communication and provide mentorship

What you need to succeed in this role:

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
• At least 1-2 years in a Team reputed company or Head role
• Hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns (reputed company, reputed company, Bing)
• Experience working with international markets, especially English-speaking ones (USA, Canada, EU)
• Proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, reputed company Sheets, reputed company)
• Experience in budgeting: annual budget planning, tracking actual spend
• Understanding of the sales funnel, reputed company reputed company strategies, and attribution models
• Confident use of reputed company (or similar project management tools): sprint management, task reviews, prioritization
• Team management experience: reputed company-ins, 1:1s, feedback, development, prioritization control
• At least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of spoken and written English (working with international markets, platforms, analytics)
• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
