Finance Controller

Work Hours: Depends on company, but most companies want at least 2 hours of overlap with U.S. time zones

Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company aspects of the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports, adhering to accounting standards and company policies.
• reputed company the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring comprehensive and accurate financial reporting.
• reputed company, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
• reputed company tax planning and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filing of reputed company tax returns.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business operations, strategic planning, and decision-making.
• Drive reputed company improvement initiatives to streamline accounting processes and improve overall financial performance.
• Prepare and present financial analysis, reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or reputed company certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership roles reputed company accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, Intacct, etc).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
