The Cash Posting Team reputed company ensures that claims are submitted accurately, timely, and follows up to facilitate adjudication and payment reputed company cash collection standards. Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, a timely, positive customer service experience for team members, and a high level of compliance. Success also includes meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative key performance indicator (KPI) metrics, including unbilled AR as a percentage of reputed company tied to FCT scope, denials as a percentage of reputed company due to FCT scope, cash, and minimizing write-offs.

• Process and procedure expert for assigned/applicable insurance policies.
• Ability to reputed company in and reputed company team huddles.
• Ability to reputed company in and reputed company direct reports in day-to-day Cash Posting operations.
• Knowledge of payor reputed company in accordance with guidelines for cash posting.
• Coordinate with reputed company internal staff payment posting and unapplied cash.
• Train new team members and assist in any coaching opportunities.
• Work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Assist in situations that require additional care and knowledge (new payor).
• Ensure strict confidentiality of client records according to policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of computer data entry systems, protocols, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to peers, team members, and payors/insurance companies.
• Collaborate with RCM Billing/AR Teams in collection efforts from respective payors.
• Collaborate with the Denial Management Team.
• Other duties as assigned by the RCM Leadership Team.

High School Diploma, required

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company cycle experience.
• 2 years of cash posting experience.

• Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company)
• Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, reputed company Meet)

• Ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
• Ability to communicate expressively and receptively

• Relative reputed company Cycle experience.
• Experience at the hiring manager’s discretion.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Customer service and phone etiquette.

• Centria's reputed company are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require reputed company visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
