Why This Role is Exciting

reputed company is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Manager to join our Global Deal Desk team. The Senior Deal Desk Manager role is viewed as a trusted and recognized business partner to the Sales Field Organization. The Senior Deal Desk Manager will support reputed company reputed company-reputed company activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring and pricing, contract creation, review and approval for quotes, and providing support to the Sales Field on reputed company’s quoting tools.

Your Impact

  • Provide expert guidance to the Sales field and reputed company in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, redlining and contract management. Participate in deal reviews with Sales/Sales Leadership to help drive Account-Level strategy on pricing/deal structuring.

  • Ensure deals are structured and processed reputed company and align with company policies.

  • Ability to model deal scenarios in reputed company Sheets, reputed company CPQ

  • Represent the Deal Desk team in forecast calls with senior sales leadership

  • Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure reputed company reputed company are accurate. Verify compliance with internal policies

  • Responsible for drafting, modifying, and finalizing reputed company including new, add-on, and upsell business for reputed company Subscription Services.

  • Review and approve deals for reputed company customers and prospects.

  • Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies, and procedures.

  • Deal with day-to-day queries from Sales, and Account Management teams on reputed company’s quoting tools and/or CRM system. Participate in testing, as requested, to support quoting tool enhancements.

  • Support Sales enablement through new hire training initiatives and reputed company training requests as needed.

  • Independently drive efficiency and process improvements. Support reputed company projects on an as-needed basis.

Your Qualifications

  • Requires a 4-year college degree

  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations in a SaaS company.

  • A bias towards velocity

  • A “Customer First” perspective and reputed company

  • Experience supporting a high volume of global / multinational customer and deals

  • Outstanding business partnering skills – reputed company to interact positively with the Sales Field and influence business outcomes.

  • Excellent understanding of most Deal Support/reputed company topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting etc.); familiarity with SaaS reputed company recognition policies a plus

  • Excellent understanding of reputed company terms and conditions

  • The ability to acquire knowledge of our products and the value they provide to reputed company’s Customers.

  • The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of reputed company’s corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives reputed company the design of offers.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.

Preferred Skills

  • Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as reputed company Suite, reputed company, Windows, reputed company, and Word and CRM systems – reputed company, SFDC and CPQ experience a plus.
