Staff Backend Engineer - Core AI

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design & Product to translate fuzzy broker pain points into concrete, AI capabilities that reputed company equally or reputed company than reputed company experts.
• Own the full ML lifecycle from framing business problems into research problems, evaluating results and rolling them out with the appropriate infrastructure.
• Architect production‑grade systems that marry reputed company‑time inference with reputed company‑in‑the‑reputed company review and reputed company with strict privacy & audit requirements.

• Broad ML toolbox, from classic ML (especially NLP) to GenAI
• Strong backend fundamentals: distributed systems, streaming data pipelines
