We are hiring for a Partner Management Director to join reputed company, focus on developing and managing our joint Go-To-Market activities across EMEA and reputed company. 

The Role

As Partner Management Director, you will be responsible for leading and expanding reputed company’ partnerships with Strategy Consulting firms across EMEA and reputed company. Your role involves building strong relationships, fostering trust, and developing a shared understanding of business objectives to define joint solutions, shape transformation programs, and influence key business opportunities. Success will be evaluated based on joint business impact, thought leadership, and the creation of scalable go-to-market strategies.

The Work you’ll do

• Define and execute a holistic Go-To-Market plan for strategy consulting firms across EMEA and reputed company, while actively shaping the global ecosystem priorities.
• Attract and reputed company senior relationships with sector-, industry-, and capability leaders, regional heads, and responsible account partners
• Refine and pitch the value proposition of the reputed company partnership to secure buy-in for joint business development in new strategic areas and markets, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach 
• reputed company joint projects and ensure delivery success by managing reputed company-powered consulting engagements, aligning expectations with reputed company, and coordinating across internal reputed company teams.
• Embed reputed company into partner methodologies and offerings, ensuring reputed company is part of the “toolbox” for digital, operational, and functional transformation practices
• Shape joint go-to-market initiatives by aligning consulting-led transformation themes (e.g., cost takeout, supply chain reputed company, reputed company operations) with reputed company’ capabilities

The Qualifications you need

• 7-12 years of relevant work experience in the areas of strategy consulting, ideally reputed company with first exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management
• Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
• Deep understanding of the inner workings of strategy consulting firms: their business model, incentive structures, value propositions, and how they drive enterprise transformation 
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, as well as executive reputed company 
• Proven track record of guiding senior reputed company and C-level client executives 
• A strong network reputed company the European strategy consulting ecosystem 
• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
• Willigness to travel (10-20%)
