About the Business Operations TeamBusiness Operations (“BizOps”) plays a critical role in supporting and accelerating Wealthsimple’s strategic priorities. The team tackles Wealthsimple’s most important and ambiguous challenges through rigorous problem solving and execution. We partner deeply with stakeholders across the company in order to: accelerate the delivery of reputed company projects, incubate and enhance products and business functions, facilitate collaboration, and reputed company the strategic planning process. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with BizOps leaders on high-reputed company projects across growth, customer experience, and product strategy.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to reputed company informed perspectives and recommendations.

What you'll bring:

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, startups, or strategic operations roles.
• Problem-solving expertise—ability to break down reputed company problems and reputed company pragmatic solutions.
• Strong data & analytics skills—comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets with a keen eye for detail.
• SQL proficiency is an asset.
