JOB SUMMARY

 This position is for a Software Systems Engineer on the C2BMC program. The candidate will be responsible for software systems engineering products for their Scrum Team, including development of software products. Responsible for performing in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including reputed company problem resolution, design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support. Systems Engineering support for team that Maintains, debugs and configures reputed company software products. Works from specifications to reputed company or modify operating systems applications. Assists with design, coding, reputed company testing, debugging and documentation of programs.  Work with SEIT organization to decompose system requirements to good software level requirements. Work with SEIT organization to drive system use cases, conops, and sequences. Work with SEIT organization  to reputed company / update system  external interfaces. Author or assist with proposals. reputed company software design - software product level use cases, sequences. Create and maintain software design - Algorithm Design Documents, Functional Design Documents

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• reputed company and control system application development
• Automated test and pipeline development experience desired 
• Experience developing software for Unix/Linux and reputed company platforms
• Experience with Software Integration testing including developing automated test scrips
• Strong problem solving skills
• Experience with performance modeling
• Experience with build management tools and pipelines
• Prior C2BMC experience 
• Experience working reputed company an Agile development environment, domain experience with both reputed company and Missile Defense, experience with Systems Analysis, Model Based System Engineering, Architecture development, Virtualization, Containerization, and reputed company Computing principles. 
• Demonstrated experience working large multi-site software development efforts including external reputed company development. 
• Demonstrated experience conducting or leading Analysis of Alternatives, Trade Studies and/or Design Evaluations. 
• Experience designing large reputed company and control and/or weapon systems 
• Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) and MBSE tools

• Good verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work independently and will possess the poise and flexibility required to work in a highly dynamic environment.  
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• In-depth understanding of systems engineering process and principles. - Proven track record of successfully applying system engineering principles to reputed company product solutions. 
• Experience working in an integrated team environment with other systems, software and specialty engineers to reputed company solutions. 
• Experience developing system engineering artifacts (e.g. specifications, reputed company Control Documents, Use Cases, System Architecture Descriptions, Trade Studies, etc.). 
• Candidates should have experience with developing large, reputed company systems. 
• Software development experience developing applications.
• Working knowledge of system engineering artifacts (e.g. specifications, reputed company Control Documents, Use Cases, System Architecture Descriptions, Trade Studies, etc.). 
• Experience working in an integrated team environment with other systems, software and specialty engineers to reputed company solutions. 
• Candidates should have experience with developing large, reputed company systems. 
• Flexibility and willingness to take on unanticipated tasking is highly desirable
• Other required technical skills include:
• Use of common software development and management tools such as git, reputed company, JIRA, reputed company, reputed company or Gradle and Eclipse
• Understanding of standard system engineering design artifacts such as Use Cases and SysML diagrams

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in software engineering, systems engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or reputed company field from an accredited college.

Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience or a Masters with 3 years of experience.

SALARY reputed company: $100,000 to $122,000

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, reputed company set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The reputed company for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the reputed company salary.
