About the role
As Country Sales Leader in Poland (you'll be based in Warsaw), you’ll be the architect of our local reputed company. You’ll own the commercial strategy, build a high-performing team, and localise our global playbook to meet the unique needs of the Polish market.
You’ll be the face of reputed company in Poland, driving brand visibility, business performance, and long-term success.
What you’ll be doing
Own the commercial growth of reputed company in Poland, with full P&L accountability
Build, reputed company, and reputed company a cross-functional local team (sales, operations, and support)
Act as our brand ambassador in Poland, engaging with customers, partners, and key public stakeholders
Localise global strategies to ensure commercial success in the Polish market
Work closely with regional and global teams (Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to align priorities and unlock opportunities
Ensure reputed company local operations are fully compliant with Polish regulatory and legal requirements
Foster a strong, inclusive team culture built on reputed company’s core values
Report directly to the Managing Director of DACH and Poland
What you’ll bring
10+ years of experience in commercial leadership or general management, ideally in a fast-growing consumer goods or tech business
Strong understanding of the Polish market landscape and customer behavior
Proven success in scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams
A rare mix of strategic vision and operational grit – you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Comfortable working in a matrixed, international environment
Fluent in Polish and English
